Sign and equipment installation at height

We install, service and remove facade elements where there is no safe access from the ground or a lift. The substrate, fixings and lifting route are assessed before quoting.

Rope access for difficult facade positions

Industrial rope access is suitable for signs, banners, brackets, outdoor units and other agreed facade structures. We work on residential and commercial sites in Tbilisi and across Georgia.

For an assessment, send photos of the installation point, the dimensions and weight of the item, substrate material, proposed fixings and information about roof or technical-floor access.

Lifting, fastening, removal and maintenance boundaries are agreed before work. Electrical, refrigeration and other specialist connections are included only when they are explicitly part of the agreed scope.

What information is needed for an installation estimate?

The address, facade and installation-point photos, height, item dimensions and weight, wall material and roof-access details. A site visit may be needed for complex projects.

Do you mount outdoor air-conditioner units?

Yes. We lift and secure outdoor units in difficult-access positions. Refrigerant lines, electrical connections and commissioning are clarified in advance and recorded in the agreed scope.

Can an old sign or structure be removed?

Yes, after assessing its weight, fixings, substrate condition and a safe lowering route. The removal method is agreed before work begins.
