Blocked gutters, damaged joints and loose fixings call for different solutions. We identify the affected sections and the work required before agreeing materials and access at height.
We work on drainage systems for commercial buildings, hotels, residential complexes and industrial sites. We discuss one-off maintenance, installation of new sections and planned cleaning based on system length and site conditions.
For an estimate, send photos, the approximate height, gutter and downpipe lengths, materials and a description of the issue. Where water reaches the facade, we clarify its source: a drainage fault and a roof defect may require different work.

We are a Tbilisi-based team of industrial rope-access installers. We install advertising structures, steelwork and facade equipment across Georgia, combining rope access with installation, welding and electrical work.
