We work with building owners, property managers, hotels and contractors. The project comes first: the access challenge, expected result and conditions on site.
We discuss complex facade geometry, hard-to-reach fixings, installation and removal of elements, structural repairs and external equipment maintenance. Rope access is not suitable for every task; feasibility and the method are assessed for each site.
For work over several days, we clarify stages, materials, roof access, protected work zones and coordination with other contractors. Timing depends on scope, weather, site condition and agreed constraints; a site visit may be the first step.
