Local repair in difficult-access areas
Rope access is suitable for painting, protective-coating renewal, joint sealing, fastening and agreed repairs to individual facade sections. We work in Tbilisi and throughout Georgia.
Before work, we assess the substrate, damage boundaries, existing coating and safe access. Materials and surface preparation are agreed for the specific task.
When photos do not show the defect cause or hidden scope, we suggest an inspection first. A climber's visual assessment does not replace a structural survey or engineering opinion.

Can facade repair be estimated from photos alone?
Photos are often enough for an initial estimate of a local task. A site assessment is needed when the damage cause, substrate or hidden scope is unclear.
Do you seal facade joints at height?
Yes, where safe rope access can be arranged. The joint condition, surrounding surface and compatibility of the agreed material are assessed before work.
Do you paint steel structures and facades?
Yes. We provide agreed preparation and painting for accessible facade and steel surfaces. The coating system depends on the substrate, present condition and exposure.
